Counting up all of the loot! Easter this year was really nice. We started with our hunt in the morning. Chase was SO excited about finding the eggs, he could barely contain himself. Buddy even got in on the action and was taking the eggs that Chase had found and rehiding them. Chase thought his basket was even cooler, he wanted to eat all of the candy for breakfast.
That afternoon we had both of our families over for a very nontraditional meal. We decided to grill out and also have an option of ham that you could turn into a sandwich. It worked out really well. The grandmas hid over 70 eggs in the yard and the kids went on another hunt. The kids excitement was contagious, it was a good time.
